Make sure you have copied the plugins from the CorporateLook theme archive into your /wordpress/plugins directory, then in wordpress admin go to the plugins section and activate the plugin.
I hope this is clear. I had the same problem and this solved it. I am a total WordPress newbie so still finding my feet.
