In reply to: [Widget Context] Critical errorHi Kaspars,
I seem to have solved the issue. The plugin causing the problem was WP Editor. Once I removed it the errors with Widget Context disappeared.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Widget Context] Critical errorHi again!
I removed the problem plugins, but when I reactivate Widget Context the problem comes back with this error message, if anything rings a bell please let me know. I will continue to troubleshoot on my end. Thank you.

In reply to: [Widget Context] Critical errorThank you very much Kaspars, your response is much appreciated. It is so strange, I deactivated Jetpack and went back to my plugin section from the dashboard, and noticed that most of my plugins were no longer on the list- even though the number of installed plugins indicated is correct. Strange! Anyway, thanks again for pointing me to this direction and I’ll keep troubleshooting to see why this is happening. All the best.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Newsletter page now blankThank you for your help. I did delete and reinstall however I think there are still some discrepancies. For example, under subscribers it shows that I have 4 unconfirmed, but when it’s time to send a newsletter that number is 6. Also, I have 967 subs in one list, and this appears as 923 when sending newsletter. However, I assume that’s because the 967 does not take into consideration the people who have unsubscribed?
Thank you for your time.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Newsletter page now blankI should add that the error message I get is:
“Fatal error: Call to undefined method WYSIJA_model_queue::WYSIJA_model() in /home/markiton/public_html/community/wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/models/queue.php on line 18”
Ok, thank you for the update. I’ll wait to hear news on the fix. Also, do I need to restore the previous front.php file or should I just leave everything as is?
Thank you,
Marc
Update: users were still left out of the send list, even though the same users do receive a newsletter when placed on another list.
Hi there,
just to make sure I understood correctly: I removed the file named front.php and replaced it with the file named subcriber’s_count_issue.php that I downloaded from the link you gave me- I first changed the new file’s name to front.php.
I haven’t sent a newsletter yet, but I can see that when I go to the final step of sending the subscriber counts are not correct. Is there anything else I should do?
Thank you.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Missing emails to subscribersThe response I received from MailPoet Staff was as follows:
“Looks like a recent bug we found. Can you please, replace the file wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/helpers/front.php with this one: https://pastebin.com/zLvz6rm5
It’s related to the Double Opt-In issue.”
I haven’t tried it yet, but will do so within the next week and report back to let everyone know how it worked.
Thank you, and thanks to the staff for the support.

Thank you very much.
I will do as you said and report back in a week (after sending my next newsletter) to let you know how it worked.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Missing emails to subscribersThanks for the update. Glad that it worked for you. Are you sending directly through your website or are you using a third party?
Thanks.
I should note that I know of at least one subscriber that is not being sent the newsletter. I added her to another list that I created just for her as a test- resent the newsletter to that list- and it did send successfully. No clue why she’s being left out of the main list.
Thanks,
Marc

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Missing emails to subscribersHi Jeff,
I’m having a similar issue. In my case, on the subscriber tab, Mailpoet tells me that I have 560 subscribers on a list. When I prepare to send a newsletter, on the page where I have to select which list to send to, the same list shows a count of 513 subscribers. And I know of at least one subscriber that is not being sent the newsletter. I added her to another list that I created just for her as a test, resent the newsletter to that list- and it did send successfully. I don’t know what could be causing this issue, and why she’s being dropped off the main list. Have you had any success figuring it out?
Thanks,
Marc
