I’m having the same problem with Piwik Analytics. All plugins that use a JavaScript to track outgoing links seem to be involved with this problem. For me, the Free CDN plugin takes the onClick event for all outgoing links, and puts my domain (with the Coral CDN domain attached to it) in front of the outgoing links, about 26 times. I tried both Piwik Analytics and WP-Piwik. I used the Woopra plugin and a few different Google Analytics, all resulting in the same problem.
