For info, I tried this below but it still didn’t work. View source shows the correct meta titles and descriptions but still can’t be read by SEO Spider etc.

1. Install and activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin
2. Go to Tools -> Yoast Test
3. Click the “Reset indexables and migrations” button
4. Go to SEO -> Tools and under “Optimize SEO Data” click the “Start SEO data optimization” button.

No. I had to abandon it.

Never did resolve this until I switched to the Simple Membership plugin.

Thanks for helping. To answer your questions:

a) only clear cache in Hummingbird – issue remains
b) or only disable page cache in Hummingbird – issue goes away
c) or disable entire plugin – issue goes away

I don’t have WooCommerce on this site.

The site runs Sportspress and the site is built on a theme developed by those guys. Turning that off, makes most things on the site disappear.

I can’t find any conflicts with other plugins and none existed before I activated Hummingbird which was the final plugin installed. Other plugins include, Akismet, CoBlocks, Cookies and Content Security Policy, EWWW Image Optimizer, Fix Alt Text, Gravity Forms, NextGen Gallery, Redirect Redirection, Securi Security & Yoast SEO.

Does that help solve the issue?

Hi Adam, I jumped the gun and it hasn’t solved the issue. Not sure what I did but the issue still persists after disabling lazy load. Any other ideas?

That worked. Thank you, Adam. Is it worth trying Smush to see if lazy load works with that?

Thank you. The page type wasn’t set to FAQ page so I changed it and retested. Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the issue. Maybe Yoast gets ignored with the other plugin activated?
