@shreejanakc I have taken a leap of faith and updated the theme. The first time, I installed the plugin and it crashed. This time, as I said before, I used the week-old backup, so I had 1.3.6 Zakra, I installed the plugin (and it worked) and now I took that leap and just updated the theme(I had the backup anyways) and it is working. If it gives me any trouble again, I will report it.

I believe if you remove that tick, no one will be able to register. But why don’t you test it yourself? Fake email, and done ??

But for me as a user, the service is not being delivered as it should. I understand it is not your fault. Still, the problem I am having is within your plugin and that is your weak point.

Solved. Problem was BuddyPress update on 3rd January 2020.

Sorry about the spam here, but the problem is back -.- apparently it’s not just switching the themes, there must be something else stopping me from changing things in the customizer.

I have tried different browsers because it doesn’t “refresh” the page when I make a change but its the same.

Any help? :S

@tomlandon Highly interested in this, poor support seems to be the reason why most people leave this plugin.

Managed to fix the issue by switching from the child theme to the original and then back to the child theme again. Jesus…. the pain I went through just for this.

@fevered I actually ended up managing to do it myself and fixing the problem with this code:

    @media {

}

I did try the code on Solvit.io but it wasn’t working.
