In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Email Subscription brokenHi, Snat.
So I’m not asking you for your email address in a public channel, could you please contact our support team here?

We’ll be happy to look into this one for you.
Thanks!
Hello,
As the Jetpack Comments option replaces your existing comment interface, it’s expected that the plugin that’s meant for the standard comments would not work (Jetpack Comments load from WordPress.com).
Is there a specific problem this is meant to address that we should be aware of or should be considering? I can pass that information along if you would like.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Live feed and 'like' post?Hello,
Posts you make on a Jetpack-connected blog will not appear in WordPress.com topics or tag results.
Currently, Jetpack doesn’t include the Like functionality that is used on WordPress.com, but we are considering it for a future update.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Error in Gallery carouselHello,
Is Jetpack currently installed and connected on that site? On testing the site I’m receiving a result that it’s not currently a Jetpack-enabled site.

In reply to: Gettin' 403 Forbidden ErrorHello, all.
This is Ryan from the WordPress.com Happiness team. If you are encountering this problem, please try first to contact us through the Support form located at https://support.wordpress.com/contact/.
If you are unable to reach that form because of the error, you can email us at [email protected].
In either case, please provide us with the browser type and version you are using, when you first began seeing the problem, and whether it is part or all of WordPress.com. This issue appears to be sporadic and we are currently investigating to determine the cause.
Thanks for your patience.

In reply to: [Plugin: Polldaddy Polls] PHP error on activation & every admin pageMDA,
I just received the update to the PD plugin version 0.8. I no longer receive the error message at the top of each admin panel, but the PollDaddy account information screen doesn’t respond to my entering an email address and password.
Just FYI.

In reply to: [Plugin: Polldaddy Polls] PHP error on activation & every admin pageI can get to the password entry panel, but no matter what I enter, nothing happens. Putting in a valid login doesn’t seem to set the login, and putting in a known bad login doesn’t throw an error message of any kind.
My PHP version is 5.2.6.
I ran svn update just now and noticed the PD plugin had been updated, but it doesn’t have any effect. I’ll be happy to continue providing feedback in a 2.7 environment if you would like.

In reply to: Line breaks within the_date? Or something else?Backslashes as escape characters.
For anyone else looking for this solution, I ended up doing this:
<div id="postdate" class="<?php the_time('M','','') ?>"><?php the_date('D\<\b\r\/\>d\<\b\r\/\>M','',''); ?></div>

In reply to: Missing some categories on admin post pageYes, they are listed in the Categories admin section.
They list just fine in a blogging client as well, but not in the web-based post add.
