That is what I used and it appears to work properly, but when
the email is received that includes all the data from the fields
in the form, but I do not get the File that was uploaded instead,
it only shows the name of the file, it does not allow me to click
on any link to open it and it does not “attach” it to the email…

I thought that is where I posted this…

Yes… I know there is a From Field, and I filled it in with what I wanted it to say, and it is Inserting WordPress in front of what I entered and I do not know why?

The Link you provided does not give info into any other locations where there might be some other Fields to fill-in…

Are there Specific Locations where I should look to find these Fields?

Thanks… I guess I’ll need to wait till I actually find a theme

None yet… actually a default theme until I find one I want to use.

I thought there would be something in the WordPress Settings somewhere.
