Thank for the update Daniel.

I’ve completed further testing today to try and isolate / locate the issue.

I have a few dummy sites setup so tried installing on different versions of WooCommerce. I checked that allow_url_fopen was enabled.

Plugin install;
Installed on WooCommerce 7.5.1- same issue (fresh install, no other plugins).
Installed on WooCommerce 7.4 – same issue

Starting to think this might be more about our hosting than a plugin issue.
We’re with FreeParking and don’t rate them…

Based on this – per chance would anything stand out as not correct?

Hi Daniel, thanks for getting back to me.
Currently WooCommerce Version 7.5.1, yesterday 7.5.0

Today I deactivated /deleted the plugin then went into WooCommerce and deleted shipping zones that were created by the plugin.
Reinstalled but same result (shipping zones only, no postcodes).

The website has been in development for an age, so depending on when 7.1 was release there’s a chance that your plugin was installed early in the piece but from memory we got the same results and thought that what was on display was the offering.

We’ve ended up banging heads against a brick wall with Rural delivery so reread the details in your plugin… .and perfect fit for our requirement.

Hi and thanks for getting back to me.
No the place holders using {usermeta_firstname} or {usermeta_lastname} does not work as well.
I tried other various placeholders from for email templates and they are not working as well. I can confirm that I am on the right email form as I can change styling and this shows with the email registration.

Any ideas?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
