Hi,
What I found difficult was understanding where to put the code. In fact when I contacted you I was told that I should not have put one code within the other and that really helped.

I believe that a video tutorial for basic pop ups would help much.

I did not try the second way as I do not know where to start.

I am using Yoast Seo and i could be able to amend the page titles from there. The fact is that those pages are pages generated automatically by the template and the main question is: where are those pages?

How did I ignore the cache data? I had actually emptied it right before backing up but still, I got that error.

Also, it happens that the pages load suddenly all in once as the streaming of the internet goes faster at a random time. It seems something is preventing the website from being fast.

I have already tested a few cache plugins and they have not helped.
The point is that 5 seconds is the minimum, it happens sometimes pages take more than 5 seconds to load. Also, if a website is that slow I am the first person leaving that website. My hosting provider said the average loading time for a website is 7 seconds and despite people say it is between 5 and 7 seconds, I find that a website taking more than 2/3 seconds for loading a page is a very slow website.

You can just surf on internet, good websites load in a matter of seconds.

Often I have to work on 4 or 5 products at same time so I open as many pages within the WP control panel. They take up to 40 seconds or more when I open them and same thing when I save the changes. It is kind of a nightmare. You can imagine how much this slows down my job.

with regard to my last question about the size of the images, please give a look to this screenshot. You will see that 2 products I have posted, come in 2 different format despite of the size of the pictures used are the same 600×600.

Can this be fixed from the plugin? I would need t understand when the post is going to be shown in a format and when in the other.

Many thanks for coming back to me even if it is weekend, much appreciated.
I have already tried to contact the website through the contact form but unfortunately i get an error and the contact cannot be sent, that is why I wrote the post here.

-I posted this product (it took more than 5 minutes to show on Facebook) https://www.screencast.com/t/OuMFdy0w8s This brings me to keep checking Facebook page to see if the post has actually posted successfully

-Now I can see only the custom message. Yesterday for example I had both the custom message and the long description in the post. Is there a way I can get just the custom message on the post? I just want viewers focus on my message, they would not care of the description of the product on Facebook.

-Same screenshot, look the position of like/share button. I would rather have it 0.5cm below the button “order now”

-Last thing: What should be the size of the pic in order to show in full in a the Facebook page? as you can see the edges of the mobile are cut.

I have highlighted the same issue (because to me is a huge issue) but unfortunately it seems not many people are caring to this plugin missing. instead of improving ……

I am trying to find an alternative plug-in to replace the built-in one but I cannot find anything useful.

Uhm, they have removed an amazing feature. Very useful to give you a quick overview of all the products listed.

Do you know any other plugin which would allow to view a category tree?
