In reply to: [WooCommerce] Include Private Notes in Completed Order EmailInitially I thought if the Distribution system is loading the tracking code and changing the order to completed that they would add the details to the completed order email but so far they tell me they don’t do that. The actual distribution system just stores and posts the goods (we are just a minnow in their warehouse), but I can clearly see the tracking info on the customer Order Notes so thought it wouldn’t be too difficult to add that to the email?

I updated your plugin and it is now working for me on the ‘My Accounts’ page as shown in your demo, so thank you very much for the timely response and now I hope that the customers find it useful too as I may be able to deploy this plugin on several other ecommerce sites I run/maintain where repetitive orders of the same item are likely to occur.

I have installed your plugin and also found that it is partially not working. If I install your plugin and then visit my account (logged out of admin and log in as customer) while it shows my “Re-order” button when I click it I am taken to a “Cart empty page” with a return to shop option.
However, on the same item if instead I click the “View” button it displays my previous order and your “Re-order” button and this time when I click it, it does work. However there is already an option to ‘Order Again’ in that section anyway so it doesn’t need your option. I do want to use it because it is on the main ‘My Account’ page, so am wondering what the issue might be. I expect this is also what is hapening to jaguirre89 as well.
Any help or ideas appreciated.

semperaye to delete the txt file you need to go to the plugins folder of your wordpress installation i.e. under wp-content->plugins and find the easy-fancybox folder and inside that folder you will see the .txt file and then you can delete it
Hi Ghostrider07 – I just found your post while checking for comments about this same issue. I have this plugin installed in a lot of websites I maintain (mainly older ones) and as with you the timestamp hasn’t changed. To save any problems if it is legitimate I have deleted the online txt file as it doesn’t affect the plugin and like you will await any further news updates.

In reply to: How can I make banners responsive?As contentiskey mentioned this is best discussed with the site designer as it appears to be tied in with the design theme by the look of things. It seems that at phone size your settings tell it to display: none which is why it doesn’t show on any screen under 620px wide.
I can’t see that you are using a child theme, so even if you remove #pgc-9-1-0 from the display none list in that media query section it will probably get overwritten by updates.
Again probably best to contact Tesseract theme creator.

In reply to: How can I make banners responsive?I have just visited your website and resized the various pages and all the banners are resizing for me fine.
It may depend on your browser if you are using an older browser IE8 or older, else I can’t see any obvious problems. Assuming that you have used media queries to build the responsiveness, check what sizes you have the breaks set at.
The only difference I can see is where you don’t have a slideshow and just a single image, the way your theme is working it seems to crop the microphone photo, so an option may be to install the slideshow here too but with just the single photo.
Sorry probably not the answer you need, but looking at your style sheet looks fine unless you have written another rule yourself.

I am running WP 4.5 and have no problems, but recall last time there was a WP upgrade I had to deactivate and re-activate the plugin, so the same may work for you this time.
Hi embroideryallsorts – even with the changes suggested by Mike Jolly above I still can’t get it to work – I can schedule start dates ok it seems, but the end date doesn’t work.
Something you may need to check is if you have any caching plugins running as they can certainly interfere, although your problem with a start date is beyond me too.

Custom EventsThanks Mike Jolley – ok so it appears that Cron Jobs are not running, as outlined below, so is woocommerce meant to automatically set this up, or do I now need to contact my host and get it turned on – the cron jobs to run the scheduler? A lot of conflicting info when I search so am staying with the author ??
