Well, i have been using form maker pro for two years now and ia ma very enthused about the database actions and integration

i need a signature field now (well within a few months) the competition has it, so can you come up with something better than the checkbox, which has no legal importance whatsoever

I want to pass the ID of the actual user to the application in the frame. can i use this construction: url=www.xxx.xx/xxx?”ID=[shortcode]” ? Or is there a better method?

I get a similar blocking message when i try to activate the plugin. Using version 3.4.2. Any solutions??

I take an empty mail by example and fill in [user_nicename] not in an editor, but in the plugin itself. The receive mail shows just [user_nicename]
