There are good reasons to turn off the error messages, but I find that my clients understand that their software can have problems when I leave them on. They give me an opportunity to explain the problem.

I see now that Ninja Firewall was removed at that time, but the site is still using Ninja Forms. I would like to revise my question to ask if there is any harm in removing that directory. I am assuming that there is no code connecting Ninja Firewall with Ninja Forms.

This is a follow up on my question. It looks like their corporate email system has several services in play. Possibly, their system is blocking the emails from Ninja Forms. I’d still love to hear any suggestions you may have.

We approached this problem from two directions.

1. The files indicated as a problem by Google AdWords was the file created by Hummingbird.
2. We appealed the Google AdWords decision since the ads had been running and had never been a problem before.

We just received notice that our appeal to Google AdWords was accepted. The company that works on the AdWords said that there was some kind of glitch with Google AdWords.

That is helpful information. I checked out that directory and then cleared the cache through the dashboard. Now I know that those to structures are connected.

We have actually had two Google issues with Hummingbird in the last couple of weeks. The first was with Google AdWords, which had previously run just fine, being refused. The error screenshot sent by techs at Google indicated a problem with Hummingbird. In that case, I cleared the cache after doing some research on the error.

Since this is the second problem with cached files from Hummingbird, I’m somewhat concerned about this plugin. Although it made a significant improvement in page speed, the trade-off of problems with various Google Tools is disconcerting.

I try to work within the functions of a theme, where possible. Since it’s not possible, I will remove it in a child theme.

If so, is that so that it works on sites that do not have a secure certificate?

Thank you for the reply. Yes, it’s very strange, when I check it in the tools on a desktop, it looks fine. But, checking it on an actual iPhone11 has different results. If this system allowed for screenshots, I could show you.

We are having the same problem. We have tried both PayPal Standard Gateway and PayPal Donation Gateway.

I would suggest not marking a thread as resolved until the person who posted indicates they no longer have a problem.
