For the problems you have with Revive Old Post there is a support forum. You can report there any problems you have with our plugin. If you feel like our work worth 1/5 rating for a bug that you have not even reported to our support guys makes me think that you dont appreciate the work we do here.
Regarding your problem, you need to disable the Tweetily plugin because they are have copied our code and using both plugins gives conflicts.

That error has nothing to do with our plugin, is twitter api related. Can you try to change the schedule or the tags in order to prevent this from happening ?

I have checked your problem and i think you have changed just the category names and not the slugs too. The hashtags are generated from the category slugs, in your case if you change just the category name and keep the old slugs, you will see no changes in the shared post.
