Well see, thats just another version of Social Bookmarks, with the same old features “share to facebook” and such. Just wrapped in a more dynamic and may I say, messed up way. This is not simple at all.

Facebooks hottest social button is the “Like this”.

Twitters hottest social button is “tweet this”.

Googles hottest social button is….what?

IS there a plugin with these three? And perhaps Im missing someone?

I need to be able to do this rapidly. Like every day. If your solution requires me to edit css everytime I post like this, thats not effecient. So I kind want a a button solution.

well how do i do it then? i dont know css, why would I?

Well I was mainly thinking about using the editor in WordPress. Not going behinds its back.

Is there some way I can do it with buttons?

Well iframe is surely an old way of coding. I remember using it way back in the 90′s. Has it something to do with WordPress using a different structure, and iframes obscuring the code in some way?

Since WordPress is getting so big, and blogging consists of alot of embedding, I would think the WordPress lords would fix this problem.

Does this have anything to do with permalinks?

I have 94 posts so far, and all them have permalinks with the previous slug, that I now want changed.

Is it impossible to change it because of existing posts?

The default one.
You have to have atleast one category, at all times. This very one. Its now called “news” but I want to rename it to something else.

Renaming works, but not renaming the slug.

_CK_ should be motivated to stay with the project. I understand her giving up, but if some other serious programmers started to get into this, I bet it would be inspiring. Working alone is not fun.

Point is, there is already a large BBPress community waiting for it to move forwards. Things have pretty much been standing still for the past months, with the only news being of people dropping out of the project.

Several plugins are not even compitable with the newest version, bugs aren’t fixed and people don’t always get the help they need anymore. At the moment, the whole project doesnt seem so solid.

I know, thats a good sign!
But since so many important developers are leaving it, it just seems like the start of a real bad downwards spiral. I think BBPress deserves some support and good words spread about them now. Thats all I wanna do. Greatest forum software ever!!!!
