Experiences can be different for everyone regardless of technical knowledge.
We did not request that they perform any actions themselves in order to assist us with our queries. The issue resulted in us not purchasing the pro version and the version we had was named at the time the exact same as the pro version.
Regarding your comment “I guess there are those that don’t belong behind a keyboard”, how does that relates to anything technical or for our specific experience with this individual besides wanting to be a person who makes those comments while hiding behind a keyboard?
You likely would not make those same comments to my face, but then again that is me making an uneducated assumptions just like your comment above.
Not all people utilizing this plugin are technically savvy and those people’s experiences matter just as much as those who are technically savvy.
