Ok I got it to work on firefox and Crome. So the problem seems to be Internet explorer. I got verion 11… Hope this helps other people.

Could it be that this error is unique to internet explorer? I am using IE 11.

I started a new site again, created a few users and install the wallet plugin again with the block.io extension. I only have 3 users, and for a moment this morning I could send money but now it,s the same problem. wallet can’t do a move to anther member. I upgraded to version 3.1.1, but no luck yet. Please help!!! I will give you access to my site if you need to have to see, please help as this is a new installation and still it don’t work. Do I miss anything? I am on the testnet and received bitcoin money sourced from the net. Hope you can help.

I updated now to the latest version 3.1.1. But still get the error: “Wallet operation failed. Could not move…” I started a new site, and only installed the “Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets v3.1.1” plugin, but still have the same error. Ok here is the problem: https://prntscr.com/j3cx6d, As you can see I am trying to send bitcoin from admin to me(Mario). The user “Mario” does exist and there are money on my testnet account, but it seems the user can’t be found. on this page: https://atmxtreme.co.za/wallet/ I have 5 wallet short codes on this page and only 2 is showing… so strange! Hope you can help please! Thank you!

I am trying to simulate the error but will send you the message as soon as I get the wallet short codes to work again… it might be a logon error, does this plugin clash with any member plugins?

I downloaded(upgrade) the latest plugin and now the user transfer between users function does not work anymore. is there a way to fix this? I used the username and his/her email address and I keep getting the message, wallet move operation failed, can’t find user. I am using Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets version 3.0.3
