In reply to: WP 6.6 only 6.6-en_USHello Thomas,
I updated with 6.6-en_EN and it worked well. At the end, I had everything in 6.6-es_ES.
I did the same on my 4 sites and everything worked perfect.
Although this is the first time I have encountered this issue, let’s hope the development teams take note of this issue for future updates.
Greetings

In reply to: error_docsIt is a matter of the hosting’s Plesk Control Panel. I will try to solve it with them.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: error_docsThanks @threadi! It is paradoxical but the support of my hosting ─a global company of which I have been a customer for 12 years─ does not know the problem and they suggest that I consult with the WordPress Community. I also do not recognize the "/error_docs" directory in the root directory of the domain where Worpress is. I changed the name of "/error_docs" to /$error_docs yesterday (Thursday), today Friday I have not received anything. I will see what happens in the next 2 or 3 days and if everything remains "normal" I will delete the directory. The strange thing is that I have 4 sites on the same VPS, with more or less the same plugins; the most complex are the LCMS "Learndash", "Woocommerce" and the free version of "Elementor". The rest are the usual ones from any blog that I have used for years without any difficulty. The only "/error_docs" that is giving the alert is on the site I mention in this thread. I agree with you that the problem has to be related to the restoration of the VPS backup because all the 4 directories "/error_docs" and their respective files are created on the same date that I restored the backup. I have carefully checked that no plugin has "appeared" that I have not installed. Checked that there is no virus in the VPS. A mystery… I promise to comment here how "the problem" evolves so that it is useful to other participants in the WordPress community with the same problem. Thank you, @threadi for your appreciated attention. Mario

In reply to: [Image Optimizer - Optimize Images and Convert to WebP or AVIF] crash my siteThank you @arielk for your thoughtful response.
What you see since this morning on the website is because I have spent the entire night reconstructing the entire configuration of the images page by page and post by post.
I honestly don’t want to experiment with this plugin anymore. It has been a disaster for me. It caused dozens of problems on my site that I have hosted on a VPS for over 10 years along with 3 other domains.
My small business is consulting for organizational development, I am not an expert nor do I deal with software or internet issues (only at the “user” level with sufficient basic knowledge for my management needs of my online services – elearning on topics and for very clients. specific, nothing massive).
I have learned a golden lesson, which I take the liberty of expressing here where people with my low level of knowledge and quite a bit of technological clumsiness have to consider:
- The big problem has been myself: deleting a backup before checking if there were errors on the website.
- Make a backup without checking if there were errors to solve on the website.
- The “Image Optimizer by Elementor – Compress, Resize and Optimize Images” plugin is only for Elementor Pro customers and should never be used as a limited free plugin and/or on Westies that are already implemented.
I apologize to the Community for taking up this time to tell “my problems” ─which may not be with the plugin, and is only useful for professional developers who know how to take advantage of it.
Thanks, @arielk

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Ghost CopyIncredible! Please start laughing with happiness.
1) I have followed your clear instructions.
2) A notice appears “debreifingteam.com says: Deleted backup sets: 1. Deleted local files: 0. Deleted remote files: 0.” (+ “OK” button).
My sight has been “fixed” on the “0”. When I click accept: <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>MAGIC!!!</span>
All it’s normal. Only the December 16 copy.
“If it works, don’t break it”, so I won’t ask why something that I and two (2) support technicians from one of the top 5 Hosting in Europe have tried everything to solve in this way.
Anyway: THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Hug,
Mario
Thanks Bryle for your help! I regret not having confirmed sooner that I have seen your appreciated message. I have to start by commenting that although I am a WordPress user and I am familiar with managing my VPS with Plesk and FPT, I have very basic technical knowledge and I do not know how to use the SSH console. My hosting provider suffered a "fatal failure" in its hardware infrastructure and we were without services for 5 days. Fortunately, all the contents and configuration of the VPS were recovered, although some problems occurred during the restoration that we are solving well. There remains a "bug" with UpdraftPlus that we do not know how to resolve. Here is a backup created with UpdraftPlus on December 3rd (the failure occurred on December 10th and the VPS could be restored on December 15th). That copy does not exist in the entire VPS, nor is it in the external repository (Dropbox). Please look: https://imgur.com/a/KsTS2oc I tried to restore the copy from December 3 but I get warnings that it is empty or something like that. The same when I try to "delete" I made a new copy on December 16 that was created fine (in Dropbox and in the "/wp-content/updraft" directory. I have tried restoring it and it works fine. There is no way to delete the December 3 copy. I have accessed with FTP and deleted the entire directory: "/var/www/vhosts/debriefingteam.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/“ I restarted the VPS, I uploaded the plugin again and activated it and I found myself again The two backups are listed (the one that exists from 12/16/2023 and the "ghost" from 03/12/2023). Please, how can I delete that "ghost copy" (I insist that it is not in Dropbox and we did not find it hosted on the VPS) to return everything to normal. I do not dare to make new copies for fear of causing an error in the system or database. Thank you for your attention and help. Greetings, Mario Dehter ?

In reply to: [Classic Editor] Posts won’t loadAs suggested by @kuantumx and @beddingdeals the problem is solved by disabling the All in One Seo plugin. Consultation, please: each user has to ask “All in One Seo” and “Cassic Editor 1.6.3” to solve the problem or could it be that through this Forum both development teams find out about the conflict?
Thank you!
@rogierlankhorst thank you very much for your attention and great work.
