yes i re-saved it the way you said.. and checked the font and the encryption…

when the flatten option is Unselected the Arabic show up but not correctly, it became separated letters.
is there anyway to make the Arabic appear with the flatten option as i need it flattened?

i am using it from Egypt and UAE

actually it is working in sandbox mode but when i use the live REST API credential it gives me “Error processing checkout. Please try again.!”

and on the log file iam getting:
