Events marked as “Do Not Repeat” are repeating the next year.

While in the calendar if a user chooses the “Speaker” Category from the bottom of the page, these 4 events show up.
03/03/20 – Raising Healthy Families
03/15/20 – Marin Speakers Meeting
03/21/20 – Marin Speakers meeting “Youth Addiction”
03/23/20 – Marin Speakers Meeting
These 4 events were created on 03/03/18, 03/15/18, 03/21/19, 03/23/17 and marked as “Don’t Repeat this event”. Yet all of them are repeating in year 2020.
Why are they repeating if they were created with the “Don’t Repeat this Event” tag?
