Thanks for your response. The link you posted is actually one of the first resources that I tried. I ended up with the current configuration as a result of trying many things and this one actually working in the “From:” field.

Again, the problem that I was having was not the sending of the response but of the submitted form getting to me.

For certain having Go Daddy and Office 365 mail are not helping at all when it comes to this matter. However, I did find a solution in another plugin entirely. I found a basic online form maker which also creates a WordPress plugin from your finished form (https://www.formmail-maker.com) and it works great! The form submission goes to my email box and the reply goes to the sender! So clearly there is a conflict with Contact Form 7 somewhere and I have the unfortunate perfect storm of ingredients as CF7 seems to work great for most people.

Wanted to post this solution for anyone else in the same boat who wants to try it.

I figured this out after much tinkering. It’s in the style.css (contact-button and contact-banner) . Not to be confused with the “Contact Us” section which is a whole other thing.

    Thank you for your help.

The links you have posted I have already gone through and tried what they suggest.

Here is the page that my contact form is on. Ignore the header – it’s being adjusted.

Again, the only part I’m having trouble with is having the contact form sent to me after being submitted. The response email that goes out to the sender works fine.

I commented out below so that the code wouldn’t affect my post here.

In the Form section of my CF7 interface I have:
    # <font color=”#000000″>
    #
    # <font size=”3″>Booking a free consultation or any other appointment? Questions about services? Fill in this form and I will be in touch soon.
    #
    #

    # <p>Name (required)
    # [text* your-name] </p>
    #
    # <p>Email (required)
    # [email* your-email] </p>
    #
    # <p>Phone (optional)
    # [tel Phone placeholder “(000) 000-0000”]</p>
    #
    # <p>Subject (required)
    # [text your-subject] </p>
    #
    # <p>Message (required)
    # [textarea your-message] </p>
    #
    # <p>[submit “Submit”]</p></font>

In the Mail section I have:

    # To: [your-email]
    # From: Heather Barrow, Ph.D. <[email protected]>
    # Subject: From the Desk of Heather Barrow, Ph.D.
    # Additional Headers Reply-To: [your-email]
    # Message Body:

    # Thank you for your inquiry. I will be in touch soon.

Looking for the same answer. Anyone know how to do this? I know it’s an option on the PRO version but not the free version. I had dug into the code and had been able to remove the arrow images, but not the grey boxes they appear on.

Can anyone help? There must be a way.

You can put the header on all pages by going to “Appearance” and then “Theme Options.” In the Theme Options choose the “Homepage Slider” tab and right under where it says “Inner Page Slider” choose “show” in the dropdown menu. Scroll all the way down and click on ‘save options.’ Apparently they call the pages “inner page.” Kinda weird, but that’s what it is.

I agree. I think this would be a great idea as well. There should be an easier way to have shipping rates for different items to different countries than selecting each one individually. I have a client who has a variety of items (DVD’s, Books, Magazines, etc) all with different rates to different parts of the world. The need to specify all the different countries from the list each time for each item is enough to drive a person to drink. You can’t even cut and paste. There should be regional shipping options. I would love to know if anyone is aware of such an option or plugin.

Thank you so much! That helped HUGE. I followed your steps and at first still had the same error, but then I took another look at my “wp-config.php” file and uploaded a fresh version. Then I was back in business. So even though it was telling me there was an error with a specific file, fixing the “wp-config” file resolved that. Re-uploaded my theme and then turned my plugins back on and my site was back up as it should be. Thanks again.

Oh, sorry about that. I thought since it was related to the original topic it was okay for me to post here. I will create my own topic. Thanks.

I’m having a similar issue only worse. My template and everything was fine, and then I upgraded wot WP 3.9 and everything went kerflooey. My once beautiful site became a mass of code. So I tried to downgrade to 3.8.3 which had been fine with my template but now all I have on my site is a blank page with this message: “Fatal error: Call to undefined function force_ssl_admin() in /home/content/34/12020934/html/wp-login.php on line 15.” I have the same thing showing when I go to my Wp-login page…I just get a blank screen with that message. I’m totally lost now how to fix it. I’m grateful for any help.

Is this in the main website style css or for the plugin? If the plugin css, where do I find this? When I go to the editor I don’t see it. Thanks. ??

When I set the padding to “0”, I get the “10” border. The only way I’ve found to be able to make the booklet look like there is no border is to set it to “.1” Should this be? Not that it’s a problem, it looks great. But seems like it should be removable by making the setting “0”

Did you ever get an answer for this? I’m am looking to resolve the exact same issue. Anything that I’ve found to add shipping for additional items is domestic only. I agree it shouldn’t be this hard to resolve. Other internet retailers must need it as well. Anyone??
