FYI: By accident I noticed that POS is not working on Safari Version 7.0.6 (9537.78.2) for Mac (not your demo either).

It’s not that good because we intend to use an iPad e.g. only Safari installed.

Is it possible to get an update? I really need to get this up and running today or else I will be forced to use something like Campaign Monitor instead – and I would be sorry to do this as I love Mailchimp.

My problem is the exact same as thebadone:

I’m on WordPress 4.0 and your latest plugin. The plugin is installed and activated. When I go to the MailChimp setup in the backend of WordPress I’m asked to Connect to MailChimp. I click the connect button and a new window pops up asking for my MailChimp login credentials.

I provide those and submit. There’s some processing for a second, the new window closes, and the original tab refreshes like everything is working perfectly.

Unfortunately, when the page has completed refreshing, it’s still displaying the “Connect to MailChimp” message/button, and nothing else.

I have been able to use the plugin to connect to the same MailChimp account on a different website (latest 3 days ago). Everything works fine over there.

I am comfortable editing code… or at least trying it.

So: If I create my own mini-plugin – let’s say for the widget part – I then place this mini-plugin file in my child theme? Will my mini-plugin then override all other plugins?

If not this would be a great way to customize plugins and make sure I’m not missing any code on updates. Just what I have been looking for. I look forward to trying this out.

Could you also tell me the right way to customize a plugins css or php files, so I won’t loose any changes made if I update the plugin?
