Hi,
Yes! You can try that as well and we hope everything works properly for you.
Have a great day!
Hi @floatingline, thanks for writing in to us!
Basically, if you want to set a popup on a specific blog posts or single posts then you will need to set the Targeting Condition to Posts: Selected and on the input field just select the specific blog post. This way, the popup will only be displayed on that blog post.
You can also set a targeting condition of Posts: ID.
For more details, please see this link: https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/235-standard-targeting-conditions#posts
Hope that helps. If you have any other questions, let us know.
Have a great day!
Hi there @mstudioil – thanks for reaching out!
In general, we try to leave the styling of popup content to you and the plugins/themes installed on your site as there is such a variety of things you could insert. But if you really wish to achieve that then you would need to use a div and CSS manually in the text editor to split them into columns. Alternatively you could use a page builder, a block editor or even a plugin to add columns and just insert those form codes inside the proper column.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, let us know.
Hello Robert, sorry to hear about that!
I viewed the blog page and I see your issue. Upon checking, it seems the first column of blog post has a class of
pum_trigger
therefore upon clicking, it then triggers the popup. We think you should check out this documentation on how to Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker:
https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/332-test-whether-a-plugin-or-theme-interferes-with-popup-maker This way we can determine if its a conflict with another plugin or theme quickly.Keep us posted on how that goes.
Hello @michelles94 – thanks for writing in to us!
You can change the text color or the background color of the popup by browsing Popup Maker > Popup Themes.
From there, select the theme you want to customize and click Edit.
(a) Click Container tab > Background to change the background color of the popup.
(b) Click Title or Content tab to change the text color.
See this demo screencast from my test site: https://share.getcloudapp.com/v1uLn0r8
You can try that and hope that helps you with your query.
If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to let us know.
Cheers
Hi @sreetejadusi – thanks for reaching out to us!
Please be advised that the popups are simply containers for html content. What you insert inside the popup is entirely up to you. That said, we don’t have anything built in option to be able to place or insert a Google Adsense ads to the popup.
What we can suggest you is look and try to use a third-party plugin that will help you generate a shortcode that you can use to embed it in our popups using the text tab of the popup editor.
Hope that provides further insights.
If you have any other question, let us know.
Have a great day!
Cheers
Hello @mstudioil,
To clear up confusion, ?if you want to control the showing frequency of the popup then you can create a cookie to the popup.
Now, if you want the popup to show every minute after the user closed it then we suggest you to create a cookie event of On Popup Close and set the cookie time to only 1 minute. Then, another important setting is that you will need to set the cookie name to the Trigger settings to be able to make it work. See this demo screenshot from my test site: https://share.getcloudapp.com/GGuWKk6E And, that will do the trick.
Could you please try that and let us know if that works for you?
Hope this helps.
If you have further question, let us know.
Have a great day!
Hi @ishchai – thanks for reaching out and apologies for the inconvenience this is causing you.
Looking at your issue, there might be a conflict between our Popup Maker plugin and the ‘responsive lightbox & gallery’ plugin that you want to use on your website.
In your case, you can check out this guide and see if it gives you anything useful to go on: Checking JavaScript Errors
Note that we cannot access/view the link that you have provided since this is from your localhost.
We hope that helps you with your problem.
If you have further questions, just let us know.
Have a great day!

Hi @sophierose – we are very sorry to hear that!
For us to investigate the issue further, please could you open a support ticket at our support portal, here: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/
In line with that, we will be able to try to replicate the issue from our end.
We hope for your kind cooperation with this. Thank you!
Hi there @vasaragova,
Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
If the popup is working properly if you have changed the theme then the problem is not with our Popup Maker plugin.
Whilst there are no console errors, it would be best to either consult your site developer if you have one or try to reach out to the theme’s developer and ask them why this issue occurs on your website – they should be able to shed some light for you since they know better how the theme was built.
We hope everything goes well for you.
Hello @kenrichman – thanks for writing in and sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
Our Popup Maker plugin is compatible with PHP version 7+, and has been since the first day it was released. Over a third of all Popup Maker users run their version of the plugin software on PHP 7 servers. Every in-house server that operates our digital store, demo site, etc. runs on PHP 7. Hence, this should work properly.
That said, if you are seeing lots of notices, seems this is coming from the Gravity Forms plugin.
Please could you make sure that your plugins are updated to their latest version? Also, could you try to reach out to them and ask for their insights regarding those ‘notices’? They should be able to shed some light since they know better how it was built.
We hope everything goes well for you.
If you have further questions, let us know.
Thank you & have a great day!
Hi @blavigne – thanks for writing in to us!
You will need to use the Custom Links to be able to trigger a popup to a menu item. To make it more clear for you, please check out this documentation on how to Open a Popup from a WordPress Nav Menu: https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/51-open-a-popup-from-a-wordpress-nav-menu Hope this helps.
If you have further question, don’t hesitate to reach us back here.
Thank you & have a great day!
