If you have a caching plugin active on your website then yes, you disable asset caching under your Popup Maker > Settings > Misc and then re-check the site.

I checked your page and I see what you mean.

Could you please confirm if you are trying to create a back-to-back popups?

Example: clicking on a link or a button in 1 popup closes the popup and opens another popup.

If yes, then you can follow these steps below:

? Create your 2 popups
? Add a Click Open trigger to the second popup
? Get the second popup’s CSS class
? Add the second popup’s CSS class to the link or button in your first popup

I checked your page and was able to launch the popup with #popmake-18844

Could you let us know the popup id that you are trying to launch?

On a side note, I noticed that the popup is not built by our Popup Maker plugin.

Yes, you can set a Popup and then use a Selector that you can target to trigger popups from anywhere within the page.
