Hello there @rambo3000 – apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.
?I viewed the screenshots links and yes, I see what you mean. We have seen multiple similar reports and believe we have tracked this down.
?
?Could you please Disable accessibility features under Popup Settings > Advanced tab. See this: https://share.getcloudapp.com/lluNWbe6??
??Once saved, reload the site and this should solve the issue from your end. Hope this helps you as well.If that works for you then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.
Otherwise, you can reach us directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.
Hello @xandru – we are sorry for this inconvenience.
We have seen multiple similar reports and we are still investigating why this happens. As of now, we suggest a workaround fix which is to use CSS code.
You can add this custom CSS below and I would suggest insert it to your Theme’s Customizer Additional CSS area: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LuoxYkW
.pum-overlay.pum-active, .pum-overlay.pum-active .popmake.active { opacity: 1 !important; display: block !important; }
Hope that helps.

If you would like to delete old popups then you are good to go.
Just a friendly reminder, before doing that I would suggest creating a full backup of your website first. This is a precaution if something went wrong in the process. ??

Hi there @gabrielbotelhol – I believe this is related to caching.
You may want to reach out to your host and ask them to clear/purge all server-side cache, or, if your website is using any CDN or Cloudflare, then try to disable the cache temporarily to see if that makes any difference.
Otherwise, I would suggest escalate this issue directly to our HelpScout support desk as we might need further website details to be able to assist you further with this. Check this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ We recommend this way to secure your website’s information. Thank you.
Hi @amitsksingh – Thank you for writing in!
If you are referring on how/where to activate a premium extension plugin then always remember that the license tab only shows up when you install an extension plugin.
?
?So if you cannot see any License tab then most likely you haven’t downloaded and installed an extension plugin that you needed hence causing what you are experiencing. In case you are referring to something else, could you please elaborate this in greater detail? If you could provide a screenshot or screen recording of what exactly is the issue from your end then that would be a huge help for us to understand it better and to provide further details.
Kindly advise and thanks in advance.
Hello @silverfox93 – I see that you have opened a support ticket regarding this as well.
I’m afraid to say that you will need to update all the popup.
That said, we can try to implement a global fix by using custom CSS code for that. Could you please set up a test page where we can see the issue from your end and we can take a closer look at it?
Kindly advise and thanks in advance.
Hi @gabrielbotelhol – thanks for writing in and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
I viewed the test page and it seems a popup is displaying as expected. See screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQu7mEyD Upon reloading the page, the popup is not displaying any more.
Please could you make sure that you did not set any cookie to the popup? If there is, then kindly remove it and the popup will be display every time you reload the page.
You can try that and hope that helps. ??
If that works for you then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Hi @stwong00 – we do apologize for this inconvenience.
May I ask, do you know of some server-side cache that you might have from your web hosting company? If you are using any CDN/Cloudflare to your site then please temporarily disable the cache of Cloudflare or switch it off temporarily and check it again to see if that helps.
?
?You can also reach out to your hosting provider – they should be able to assist you with this.
?
?Hope that helps you with your issue.Hello there, @terry789, glad to hear that it did worked for you.
By the way, if you have time then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Hey @rashidazhussain – apologies for any delays.
You can try to use this code below:
<a href="#" onclick="doGTranslate('en|en');return false;" title="English" class="pum-close pum-do-default glink nturl notranslate"><img src="//bwgasmonitors.instrubiz.com/wp-content/plugins/gtranslate/flags/24/en.png" height="24" width="24" alt="English"> <span>EN</span></a>
