Hello @mstudioil – thank you for writing in to us!
Yes, you can achieve that as we have some basic code that will make one of your popups behave like a scheduled popup. I would now suggest checking out this documentation about Code Sample for Making a Scheduled Popup
For more robust scheduling support, please check out our premium Schedules for Popups Extension.
If you have further questions or concerns, just let us know. Thanks!
Hello Brian! Wow, that’s awesome and we are happy to hear that! ??

Hello @brianrshim – thank you for reaching out to us and we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.
I viewed the page that you have sent to us and it seems the popup in there is displaying as expected. However, there are times that it is not showing up as seen in this screencast: https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQu68OnX
Please could you try to add this custom CSS below and see if the popup will now display properly? I would suggest adding it to your Theme’s Customizer Additional CSS area: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LuoxYkW
.pum-overlay.pum-active, .pum-overlay.pum-active .popmake.active { opacity: 1 !important; display: block !important; }
Hope that works for you. And, if you have any other questions or concerns, just let us know.
Thank you!

Hello @piotroxy – we do apologize for this inconvenience.
It is most likely a CSS conflict somewhere but to be honest, we do not know the root of the issue yet and our developer is still investigating it.
For now, could you please try to add this custom CSS below and see if the popup will now display as expected?
I would suggest adding it to your Theme’s Customizer Additional CSS area: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LuoxYkW
.pum-overlay.pum-active, .pum-overlay.pum-active .popmake.active { opacity: 1 !important; display: block !important; }
Hope this works for you as well.

Hi @soumyacn – thank you for reaching out to us!
Looking at your query, you will need to add a From Submission trigger with the help of Form Submission cookie event to the popup.
?
?The Form Submission trigger is an event that processes data submitted to a form. Use this trigger when adding a Popup Maker subscription form or an integration-supported WordPress form to a popup.
?
?Use this trigger in combination with a Form Submission cookie to manage when to redisplay the popup after the embedded form is successfully submitted. For more details, see this: Trigger: Form Submission You can also check out this demo screencast from my end: https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQu7dmZ9

Hope this works for you.If that does not helps, I would suggest reaching us directly to our HelpScout support desk so we may best assist you with your issue. Check this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.
Hello @josvelasco – thank you for writing in to us!
If you want to close the popup when the button or a text link is clicked then you will need to add the
class="popmake-close pum-close"
to the link’s source code.
?
?For more details regarding this class attribute, check out this tutorial about Close a Popup When a Link Inside the Popup Is Clicked This will give you more insights.
?
If you find it useful then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.Thank you!
Hi there Fabio,

Have a nice day & keep safe! ??
Hi there @maksim1989 – thank you for writing in to us and we do apologize for this inconvenience.
I viewed your website and yes, I can confirm the issue that you are referring to.
I then noticed that you are using an Elementor builder for your page. Did you set a Click Open trigger for the popup as instructed in this article? ‘Click Open’ Trigger Settings
On the other hand, I would suggest checking out documentation on how to Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker This way we can determine if its a conflict with another plugin or theme quickly. ?Keep us posted.
If that does not help, I would suggest reaching us directly to our HelpScout support desk so we may best assist you with your issue. Check this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.
Hello @scarpinoc – thanks for writing in to us!
Are you trying to set up a download file after a user submitted a form inside the popup?
If so, then yes you can achieve that using our Popup Maker plugin and with the help of the Ninja Forms plugin. To give you more details, kindly check out this documentation on how to Subscribe to Download File Using Popup Maker and Ninja Forms. This will show you the step by step guidelines that you needed.
I hope that helps and if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach us back here.
Have a great day!
