Hi @valer54 – thank you for writing in to us!
Sorry to hear that you experienced this issue. Since you mentioned that the problem occurs after you have updated the plugin to its latest version, then please always ensure that all forms of caching (browser, on-site plugins, or server-side caching such as Cloudflare) have been cleared/deleted/emptied to avoid this type of issues.
?
You may also try to temporarily disable the cache of Cloudflare or switch it off temporarily and check it again to see if the issue still persists. You can also reach out to your hosting provider – they should be able to assist you with this.If that does not help, I would suggest reaching us directly to our HelpScout support desk so we may best assist you with your issue. Check this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.
We do apologize for the inconvenience.
I would now suggest escalate this issue directly to our HelpScout support desk to be able to assist you further. Check this link: https://wppoppupmaker.com/support/ We recommend this way to secure your website’s information. Thank you.
Hello @juanpablobierzoseo, thank you for writing in and apologies for any delays.
1) Looking at the issue, I would suggest you use the From Submission trigger with the help of Form Submission cookie event to the popup.
?
?Note that the Form Submission trigger is an event that processes data submitted to a form. Use this trigger when adding a Popup Maker subscription form or an integration-supported WordPress form to a popup. ?Use this trigger in combination with a Form Submission cookie to manage closing the popup and when to redisplay the popup after the embedded form is successfully submitted. For more details, see this: Trigger: Form Submission You can also check out this demo screencast from my end: https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQu7dmZ9 Hope this provides you more insights.2) If you want to display a message after submission then please be informed that generally, this is part of the functionality of the form. Our subscription forms are very basic and won’t support that out of the box, but we integrate flawlessly with major form plugins that allow customizing the form and its functionality in every way. I would suggest checking this documentation about Which Email or Contact Forms Plugins Work with Popup Maker? This will give you more insights.
If you have further questions or concerns, just let us know.
Thank you!

Hello @alexjefimov – thank you for writing in to us!
If I understand your query correctly, once a user has filled up the popup form then the popup will not be displayed anymore. Is that right?
If yes then you will need to add a From Submission trigger with the help of Form Submission cookie event to the popup.
?
?The Form Submission trigger is an event that processes data submitted to a form. Use this trigger when adding a Popup Maker subscription form or an integration-supported WordPress form to a popup.
?
?Use this trigger in combination with a Form Submission cookie to manage when to redisplay the popup after the embedded form is successfully submitted.
