Hi @batalenkov – apologies for any delays.
I’ve watched the video link that you have provided and I now see what you are referring to. Now, since we cannot replicate the issue on our end (like what I’ve shown you from my screen recording) then please could you try to Disable your mobile devices’ keyboard AutoFill or Auto Complete to see if that somehow solves the problem that you are experiencing from your end? I would suggest checking out the guidelines from this article about Turn off Auto Complete on Android, iOS and Windows Phone
Hope that helps.
Hi @qwik3r – Please be advised that you can adjust the Position of the Popup if it does cover the menu on your website.
Simply go to Popup Settings > Display > Position. From there, you can now adjust the point inside the browser window to anchor the popup container. Hope this helps.
For more details, I would suggest checking out this documentation about ‘Display’ options settings.
If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to email us back here.
Thanks!
Hi there @qwik3r – apologies for any delays.
I viewed the screenshots and I see the issue that you are experiencing. What other updates have you made prior to this happening?
I would now suggest you check out this documentation on how to Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker:
https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/332-test-whether-a-plugin-or-theme-interferes-with-popup-maker This way we can determine if its a conflict with another plugin or theme quickly. ?Keep us posted. If that works for you then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.
Otherwise, I would suggest reaching us directly to our HelpScout support desk so we may best assist you with your issue. Check this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.
Hi @qwik3r – apologies for any delays.
As of the moment, our Popup Maker plugin does not support this feature. However, I can forward this to our lead developer as a feature request/improvement for our plugin.
On the other hand, if you would like to trigger a Popup like after the previous Popup has been seen, then using our Advanced Targeting Conditions extension plugin, you can set an advanced targeting user condition of (!) Has Viewed Popup. Basically, this condition checks the display count of a selected popup within a minimum and maximum range of visits. You can use this condition to display a popup if a visitor has viewed another popup a specific number of times.
To make it more clear for you, please watch this screen recording from my test site: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Jrub6Nqj
For more insights, you can also check this documentation regarding Advanced Targeting User Conditions > Has Viewed Popup: https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/238-advanced-targeting-conditions-user-conditions
Hope this provide you further insights. ??
Hello @batalenkov – thank you for writing in and apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
I viewed your site using my actual mobile device (an iPhone XR) and it seems to display properly on my end. Watch this screen recording please: https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guPAXAl
If this is not the case from your end, could you send us a screenshot or screencast of what exactly is happening from your end? But before that, I would suggest escalate this issue directly to our HelpScout support desk as we might need further website details to be able to assist you further with this. Check this link: https://wppteopupmaker.com/support/ We recommend this way to secure your website’s information. Thank you.
Hi @wpautmator – thank you for writing in to us!
I viewed the site, followed your instructions using my actual mobile device (an iPhone XR) and I was able to reproduce the issue that you are referring to. Watch this screencast please: https://share.getcloudapp.com/p9uNpqgm
Since the issue only occurs on Mobile view, then may I ask, do you have any caching plugin that is currently active on your website? If yes, you can try to disable asset caching under your Popup Maker > Settings > Misc and check it again if that helps you solve the problem. You can also check out this demo screencast to make it more clear for you: https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLukzNZy
If that does not makes any difference, I would suggest checking out this documentation on how to Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker:
https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/332-test-whether-a-plugin-or-theme-interferes-with-popup-maker
This way we can determine if its a conflict with another plugin or theme quickly.Hope that helps you with your issue.
Hi @qwik3r – I am not sure if what you are trying to achieve is even possible.
But, you can try to disable asset caching under your Popup Maker > Settings > Misc and then check if this somehow helps. You can also check out this demo screencast to make it more clear for you: https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLukzNZy Hope you find this useful.
Otherwise, you can message us directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check this link: https://wppteopupmaker.com/support/ This way, we can escalate this to our developers and ask for their feedback. Thank you!
Hi @qwik3r – I will need to escalate this to our developers if we can provide a workaround solution.
We will reply to this thread with an update.
Your patience is highly appreciated. Thank you.
You are welcome @qwik3r, and may you have a great day ahead! ??
No worries about that, @qwik3r.

Hi @qwik3r – apologies for this inconvenience.
Since you have mentioned that the issue is with the WPFusion’s option not working, then it would be best to reach out to their developer or support. They should be able to provide further insights regarding the issue since they know better how their plugin was built. We hope everything goes well on your end.
On the other hand, we still can take a closer look at your issue but I would suggest reaching us directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.
Hello @qwik3r – thanks for writing in to us!
As of the moment, our Popup Maker plugin does not support this feature. However,?I can forward this to our lead developer as a feature request/improvement for our plugin.
But, you can easily schedule your popup to display on a specific date & time using the Popups Scheduling Extension plugin. See this link for more details: https://wppopupmaker.com/extensions/scheduling/ This will provide further insights.

Hello,
Happy to hear that it worked for you! ??
I’m afraid to say that our plugin did not support that feature. However, I can forward this to our lead developer as a feature request/improvement for our plugin.
Do you have any other questions or concerns?
Have a great day!
Hello @giorgi04 – thank you for writing in to us!
If you want to set an auto-close for your popup then you can check out this documentation on how to Automatically Close Popup After 10 Seconds. It will show you the step by step guidelines on how to achieve that.
Then, if you want to enter multiple ID’s then simply edit the popup IDs to be like this $(‘#pum-123, #pum-124, #pum-124′)’.
?
You can try that and I hope that helps.Have a great day!
