May I ask, have you managed to sort this out? If this is still not the case from your end then could you please clear/delete all browser’s cache and caching plugin’s cache to see if that works now. You can also try to check it using a different browser or incognito mode and check if the issue still persists.

I viewed the page that you are referring to and I see what you mean. This is most likely a CSS conflict somewhere but to be honest, we do not know the root of the issue yet and our developer is still investigating it.
Please could you try to add this custom CSS below and see if the popup will now display as expected? I would suggest adding it to your Theme’s Customizer Additional CSS area: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LuoxYkW

Please could you kindly check that you did not add any targeting rules that could be causing it to not show up. Try removing them all to confirm.

Have you tried to check it using the browser’s private mode to see if the issue still persists?
I’ve tested this using my test site and it seems everything is displaying as expected on my end.
Since you have mentioned that the issue occurs after you have updated the browser to its latest version then please always ensure that the browser’s cache & on-site cache plugin have been cleared/deleted/emptied to avoid this type of issues.
