Hi @ammartello97 – thanks for writing in and we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues.
I viewed your page and the buttons are not working for me. When I click the buttons, there are no popups showing. Is your Popup Maker plugin currently deactivated?
For us to investigate the issue further, please could you open a support ticket at our support portal, here: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ This is to secure your website’s information. And, so that we will be able to try to replicate the issue from our end, as well. We hope for your kind cooperation with this. Thank you! ??
Hello @kimcoetzee – thanks for writing in!
I checked the link and upon testing, this is working properly for me. See this screencast: https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAukDk9g
If the issue still occurs on your end, and if you have caching plugin active on your website, please try to disable asset caching under your Popup Maker > Settings > Misc to see if that solves the problem. You can also check out this demo screencast to make it more clear for you: https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLukzNZy

Hi @crystalpayton – thanks for writing in and apologies for any delays!
Looking at your issue, could you please try to add this custom CSS below and see if the popups will now display properly? I would suggest adding it to your Theme’s Customizer Additional CSS area: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LuoxYkW
.pum-overlay.pum-active, .pum-overlay.pum-active, .popmake.active { opacity: 1 !important; display: block !important; }
It is most likely a CSS conflict somewhere but to be honest, we do not know the root of the issue yet and our developer is still investigating it.
Hope that works for you!
If you have further questions, let us know.

Hello @catsfoto1se, thank you for writing in to us and we appreciate your kind words!
Yes, you can do that with Popup Maker plugin.
If you want to set an auto-close for your popup then you can check out this documentation on how to Automatically Close Popup After 10 Seconds. It will show you the step by step guidelines on how to achieve that.
Then, if you want to enter multiple ID’s then simply edit the popup IDs to be like this $(‘#pum-123, #pum-124, #pum-124′)’.
?
You can try that and I hope that helps you with your query!Have a great weekend! ??
Hi there @lphd,
You can try this below:
[popup_trigger id="123" tag="button"] insert Germanized shortcode here [/popup_trigger]
You can try that and I hope that works for you.
If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.
Otherwise, for us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check out this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.
Hi @lphd, thank you for writing in to us!
Please could you let us know what plugin does asks you to do that? Also, could you clarify in greater details of what exactly you are trying to achieve?

Hello @assistenzaprojectsrlnet – Thank you for writing in to us!
If you mean something like this, please see this link: https://streetphotography.blog/back-to-back-popups-demo/ Note that each popup has a button that one of our developers hand-coded. Here’s an example source code of one of the NEXT buttons.
<button type="button">NEXT</button>
So, to get this to work:
– All the popups are using the default appearance
– Each PREVIOUS and NEXT button has the class for the Click Open trigger for the popup they should display
– You’ll need to add this custom CSS to your site as well. You can try that and I hope that helps you with your query. If you have further questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to email us back.
Have a great day!
