I could not find SK 2.1 Beta. Its still 2.0 R4 final on that page.

This is what my wp-config.php file has:

Ive used the above guide and I have this problem:

Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.
