    Hi spfman,

SPF can be tricky sometimes to configure.

By the information you sent, there isn’t any SPF record registered in the DNS records of the respective domain, and that probably the main reason why the emails go straight into the spam folder.

In order to solve this, you have to find what is the domain registrar’s site or company in which the respective domain was registered.

You have to access the domain interface where it is possible to change the DNS zone records for the respective domain, and include the spf record for this domain. Something like this:

    v=spf1 a mx ip4:[IP] ~all

changing [IP] to the IP number of the server which sends the emails. Anyway, this is just an example.

Just as information, the kind of record (A, CNAME etc) for spf records is TXT

Obs: you have to configure the spf carefully in order not to jeopardize the deliverability of the emails for this domain.

You can find more information about spf configuration here:

    https://www.openspf.org

Hope this helps and give you the right direction.

    Best Regards,

    Marcus

    Hi Caat,

I am glad to know that the previous problem solved. ??

About your new doubt, yes, it is possible to change the page where your posts are published.

The way to solve this is exactly the same as you did before.

You have to be sure that your “Blog” page is really published by clicking in the “Publish” button on this page.

Then, once this page is really published, it will appear there in the menu Settings > Reading , in the option “Posts page” just below the “Front page displays” option.

You just set your posts page to be your blog page, save it and it is done.

See if this solves and let me know.

    Regards,

    Marcus

    Hi Reading Taxis,

I am afraid you won’t be able to do it. WordPress is a CMS, which stands for Content Management System. To explain it simply, it is a system that allows you to create a site. It has it own configurations and any site you build using WordPress must abide by these standards and configurations.

HTML and CSS can be used to help build and improve a WordPress website, but you cannot get HTML and CSS code that built a whole stand-alone website and merge it in a WordPress site.

If you built a stand-alone site using HTML and CSS and you want to make it live in the internet, you have to upload it to a hosting account, but this will not be a WordPress site.

    Hi hl_ligo,

It seems to be that this feature may come bundled in the theme of your site, which is called Simple Mag (https://themeforest.net/item/simplemag-magazine-theme-for-creative-stuff/4923427).

In the demo site of this theme it is possible to see other review grades and scores:

    https://themesindep.com/demo/simplemag/#

Maybe you could get in touch with their support in https://www.themesindep.com/support. They may help you better, or at least point you to the right direction.

Let’s see if I can help you Caat, as this have already occurred to me in the past.

First thing you have to check is if you have really published these pages, and not only saved them as draft. It is necessary to have at least one page/post really published in your site, otherwise these menus won’t show up there.

So, just access the menu where you can edit each of these pages and make sure you click the “Publish” button.

Please do so and let me know if this solves the problem.

    Regards,

    Marcus

    Hi Blair,

Nice to see you here. If you could tell me how I could access Pretty Link Pro Support to open a new ticket, I appreciate it (as I told in my previous post in this thread, it is not working).

I would like to have a help with the specific link not cloaked, if you guys could take a look. I want to send it to you so you could test, but I don’t want to post it here, as it is an affiliate link from a customer of mine.

Anyway, more details follow above in my previous post.

    Thanks!

    Regards,

    Marcus
