    Problem solved. It was an missunderstanding about the message, that WP put out at the backend.

    The Theme was installed, so I’ve tired now to reinstall it by using the install themes function via backend, but the problem still occured.

    Can this be an bug in wordpress itself?

    Problem solved, but I’m not really happy with that solution.

    The plugin I’ve linked above was the reason that the OSM Plugin did’nt work correctly anymore.
    Don’t know the exact reason, ’cause both plugins worked perfectly before.

    Would be perfect, if there will be a solution some day, so I can run both plugins again.

    Sorry,
    I thougt it was the flash, because it was the only Update, that I’ve done on my system last week.

    But shame on me.
    I forgot to mention an important thing before.

    After some more searching, what can also cause this error, I figured something out, but can’t explain why it is so and it’s hard to believe.

    I’m using also NextGen Gallery for my photos and now I read, there was an mistake in the ngg config file, that can cause an http error.

    As I replaced the command require_once( WP_LOAD_PATH . ‘wp-load.php’); with require_once( WP_LOAD_PATH . ‘wp-admin/admin.php’); all works fine for me.

    So if someone uses the NGG and CF7 at the same time without changing that line in the ngg config, it comes to this mysterious http error during the batch upload.

    So I tested it onto all three Blogs and on my local installation, to be sure.

    I figured out, that you can have 4 solutions for solving this Problem;

    1. Use an FTP client an let NGG search the folder for new pictures.
    2. Use the single upload function and not the batchupload.
    3. Deactivate CF7 during the batch upload and enable it after finishing
    4. change the ngg config file like I described above.

    But it would be very interesting, why 2 Plugins can interfer so much, cause the other one has an config mistake. ??

    L?schen und Neuinstallation hat dieses Problem bei zwei Websites sofort gel?st, danke.

    @Giovambattista Fazioli lot of thanks, that worked for me.

    Shame on me.

    I didn’t try the simplest step, ’cause the auto updates at the previous Versions was successfully done without deactivating the plugin before, so I didn’t think about that way.

    But good to know. ??

    Yes, that’s confirmed.
    Do not know, why this kind of plugin is avaiable at the official wordpress plugin pool.

    Have you replaced the old wp-config.php?

    ’cause the automatic update to 3.0 does not change the existing wp-config.php from WP 2.9.2

    Theres one given with the WP3.0 Package called wp-config-sample.php.
    This one you have to edit an replace with the old one on your FTP.

    Hi donncha,

    Oh dear, sometimes I’am really acting like a noob. ??

    It was an entry from the old wp-config.php, ’cause after the automatic update I didn’t noticed that there was a change in it.

    The line

    define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); //Added by WP-Cache Manager

    is not longer in there and after changing the wp-config.php, the editor and even the plugin ist working fine now.

    So i think the problem was only to replace the wp-config.php with that one, wich is given with the wp 3.0 package.

    @chriscree

    Awesome, your hint is working.

    I think I missunderstood Alex as he was asking about the path configuration, sorry for that.

    Lot of thanks ??

    @alex
    1.What path is set when you call the settings page ?
    Erm, you mean this?
    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wordtube-options

    2.Have you a changed directory sturcture, compared to the classic wp-content/uploads ?

    This ist the location at my webspace ^^
    /homepages/11/dxxxxxxx/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/player.swf
    /homepages/11/dxxxxxxx/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/yt.swf

    I think it’s the classic folder structure, or not?

    @ykruger1
    Have you tried to put the player.swf and the yt.swf in the WordTube pluginfolder (e.g. /wp-content/plugins/wordtube)?

    @alex

    …./wp-content/uploads/

    Was the folder, where the player.swf and the yt.swf is located, but then occures the error message in mediathek/wordtube, but in the configuration I’ve got no errormessage, so i think the path will be right.

    So I’ve tried to get the player to another location, but i can’t change the folder path in the wordtube configuration.

    So I’ve done a rollback and put the previous version into my wp, now it’s working fine with the new player.swf in the plugin folder.

    Hope the path problem can be fixed, so i can upgrade to the new version.

    Same Problem here too.

    But the error is only shown at the media list under wordtube, where the video files are listed.

    Also I’ve tried to change the path where the player.swf is located but wordtube won’t let me do that and goes back to standard wp-content/uploads folder.

    But if I rename the player.swf in the wp-content/uploads folder I’ve got also an errormessage at the configuration page from wordtube, so i do not know what ist causing this errormessage at the media list.
