What would you like and i’ll provide it.
I am using the tesseract theme at home. I created three new css selectors.

Home headline
css selector .home.headline

Home Sub
.home-sub

Navigation
.main-navigation .main-navigatoin a:visited

Once created I go to Appearance > Customise > Typography > Theme Typography

Then Select the first one change the typography to what I want (in my case font Roboto).

Then Click Save & Publish

I do this for all three typographies

I do this all at home and it looks like it should. But now I am at work it does not look right.

So I added that in and it did nothing. So I removed the .home from each bit and you can see what it did to my site from the above link. The home screen header is a lot lighter than it was originally and the others aren’t quite right. The background should be behind it. Do you have any suggestions?

Update…I changed the rgba numbers to what the home header has them as so that’s back to normal.

Does that need to replace something in the styles.css or just add it in?

Hi Chad,
I tried changing my site styles.css file from

#masthead {
		padding: 0 20px;
		}

to

#masthead {
		padding: 0 20px;
		background-color:  rgba(255,255,255,.2);
		}

and nothing happened. Is there something I’m doing wrong?
Also how do I make sure I’m using a Child Theme?
