1. We are satisfied with the demo of your plugin, also I think we will like the premium features too. All we are missing is this option for top level referers, the ability to share a 5 or 6 character code (manually or randomly generated), which could be used at registration form of new customer. If a new customer gets a code and uses it at registration form he will be assigned to that referrer of that code (same effect as the link, but the code is easier to share in printed ads and in our business plan).
2. Is it possible in this plugin to turn off generating referral link (or code in the future) after a specific user level? For example if I have wholesalers (custom made user role) and I want them to have a link (or code) which they can share and collect customers “under” them, but no generated referral link for their customers.
3. Can the plugin pay a different percentage comission from cart subtotal to a referrer and his referred customer at the same time after customer’s completed orders (not just first order, but all upcoming orders)?

If we want these features, is it possible to custom make them for us? If yes, how much will it cost?

Maybe this can help. We have tried this plugin which has this function but there are more downsides we don’t like. Just for inspiration.

I bought the plugin too and I am waiting for support days and days. I got these solutions too, but they are not so specific for my problems. I have the same ones you have mentioned, I have also “illegal mix” errors. Some of pages are translating some aren’t. I gave my credentials to the page, but nobody has checked it yet, I only got a reply with universal solutions.

I am using PHP 5.3, Room09 theme, WP 4.2.2, Latest Google Chrome and these errors I got:
– The chat window sometimes doesn’t appear, sometimes appears after 1 minute or so.
– If the name of the operator contains non-us characters in the backend then in frontend it causes messy characters
– You should add font type and color change option to settings because this font doesn’t fits to my page design (this is rather an idea, not bug)
– Blinking, fading, folding effects over the chat box are not working for me
– I had sometimes the messages delayed about 3-4 seconds

– In my case I don’t like if the chat is working outside WP in a new window, rather in application on my PC or Mac but this is not a bug, just an idea.

Now I am trying an other chat plugin, but I will follow your updates and keep testing ??
