I shall explain what you see here:

Upon selecting my image for the advanced custom field, usually it immediately shows the image you selected, thus there is some sort of javascript that intiates a refresh of that image field. This breaks with the error: c.handler.apply is not a function, as you can see in the video. The image will only show after you click Publish.

This is also when you edit or delete existing image fields. Upon deleting an image, the image will not be visibly deleted until you click publish. Only after you clicked publish, you are able to select a new image for that specific field.

Hmm, it looks like enabling W3 Total Cache for logged in users disables the admin-bar. Is there any way to enable the cache plugin, and still see the admin bar?

Thx for the tips Shaun, I find this issue is related to Pagebuilder plugin. After disabling that plugin the function worked like before. I will contact the developer of pagebuilder now to discuss the steps we can take to solve this problem.

The actual class from my theme that had the border-top was .panel

So you might want to look for that class in your css files ??

Well, I have just raised the padding of my entire container, could do this with no problem because I wanted to add margin to the first grid panel ??
