The notice I was talking about here was caused by WP Autoptimize plugin, not this one.

Nevertheless it may be useful to check if this plugin has full support for Gravity Forms 2.3.

I have finished maintenance to the site and it is live again, so it is not very useful for me to send the link now.

It looks like you haven’t moved the Mailpoet database tables while doing the server transfer. If you have (you should) a backup of your database from the previous server, then you can give that to your host after which they should be able to restore the Mailpoet functionality.

Unfortunately no, even after switching to the parent theme this issue is happening. This also after updating the theme to latest version and updating WordPress to 4.3. (on dev site location)
