Hi Peter,
“Scan Complete”
I finally managed to kick the scans into action ??I double-checked the connection to the webserver and website if anything is being blocked and went through the Wordfence documentation. I was sure that there was no problem with the connection to the webserver anymore.
A few weeks before i opened the thread, i already went through the documentation and did the steps until i encountered the html header problem.
In short the solution to the problem:
Disable the option “Start all scans remotely”, which I had enabled in my previous troubleshooting. The steps that led to the solution:
Cloudflare for Teams:
– (My Team -> Groups) Create group with the Wordfence IP’s (https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/#scan-process-ended-after-forking) + Webserver IP
– (Access -> Applications -> [Your WordPress Application] -> Policies) Create a bypass policy with the Wordfence IP groupWordpress:
– (Wordfence -> Tools -> Diagnostics) Disable the option “Start all scans remotely”.Thank you very much for you help!
I have a special setup here, but maybe I could help someone who is having the same issues.Hi Peter,
I have sent you the log again: “Diagnostic report has been sent successfully.”
I managed to get a green Connectivity Status by allowing the Server IP, but the Scan stills stops after 2 seconds.Excerpt from the Log:

Thanks!
Hey Peter!
I have sent the report to wftest.
In the connectivity Tab the connection to wordfences servers (outgoing) is working. The connection back to my Webserver is indicated as “OK” with the following message:
“wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: 200 OK
This additional info may help you diagnose the issue. The response headers we received were:”Like I expected the html header is giving me back the Cloudflare Access Sign in page, which is protecting my /wp-admin login.
For clarity: Cloudflare Access is between the /wp-admin and the Wordfence servers. This is no big deal when I would add the right server IPs to the whitelist. So the main question is, which IPs do I need to whitelist?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Ideas for “Add to Cart” redirect into contact form neededHey Juan,
thanks for your reply!
Your answer gave me the idea to customize the checkout page for this specific product.
My workaround is to redirect from the configurator directly to the checkoutpage and build several restrictions if this article is in the cart. For example:
– If a configuration is in the cart, block other articles to be added
– If other articles are in the cart and a configuration is added, delete the other articles
– change the name of the “add to cart”-button to “send inquiry”With this workaround I am able to handle the cake configurations seperately from other products.
For sure not the best solution, but it works fine for me ??Maybe this helps someone who is struggling with the same problem
Hello Karla,
sorry for the late reply.
I think the field was added by wordpress itself, but I was able to translate the order_comment in my emails using Loco Translate.
Thanks for that!
