thanks; turns out it was an .htaccess problem …

[resolved] ok, it was definitely a server-side problem.

update III: i tried installing wordpress elsewhere in my website; it doesn’t seem to work, plus i don’t really any access to most mysql settings ( like rebooting it ), any idea ?

1) all disabled already, fact is i can’t re-enable some of them ( i.e. wp-stats ) because some of their “save settings” button don’t work
2) already done
3) likewise, i reverted the last changes but no effect, as i expected ( it was only a subdomain redirect )

no, it’s the exact path to wp-blog-header.php, which would be ../blog/wp-blog-header.php ( although the relative “..” is a bad idea )

update: on the bright side, the editor ( and its buttons ) works perfectly, and so does the “add tag” button: only the buttons that write to the database are screwed.

update II: i can edit my old posts but i can’t comment on any, i really have no idea of what the problem is.
