it seems to me that there is a not very idea of what a “template” is.

This plugin should have the capability to save a custom template in terms of style and fixed elements like logo, header, footer, social links. Then be able to assign to each email type this custom template.

As far as I see, I need to rebuild the template for each email type. A real waste of time. And if at the end I need to change an element, do I have to do it 14 times? This does not make sense.

Please, let me know asap if what I suppose is correct.

I need urgently to edit my emails otherwise I need to search for another tool.

    Thank you!

@wpnomad , this is the first thing I tried to do, this is still happening setting Storefront theme and disabling all plugins. I made 3 staging installations, to test the problem at different levels. Now I ask you PLEASE PLEASE, can you have a look inside and see what’s going on? Maybe you see some code in console that I’m not able to read. I have query monitor installed as well. I give you all credentials you need. What are the limits of your support because I’ve been stuck on this for 1 month and a week, and the only choice I have now is to start a website from scratch. Thank you!

I found a tutorial saying that changing tax settings, will not apply to existing products. Is it correct? Do I have to throw all my products in the bin and insert them again??

    Hello,

I made a woocomemrce site a couple of years ago but fear I made a mistake since the beginning, because I did not set tax calculations. Prices are for b2c and must include tax but for administrative reasons with would like to have a record for taxes. I changed it some days ago adding to the system 22% taxes, but new orders made after, still don’t have in the sum the tax amount values. Is there anything I need to reset?

I found a button in status > tools “Delete WooCommerce tax rates” but I’m a bit scared to use it. Anyway I could try doing a backup first.

    Thank you for help ??

    Thank you Dina,

if it is not compatible, I am now forced to redo the website from scratch. ??

Anyway I will raised a ticket through your website.

I need to ask you another question, it is about your PRO version: I see this feature “Display custom fields optionally at My Account page”.

I need to register B2B customers, before buying, once they are logged in they can see prices and add to cart. Can these extra fields (as part o billing fields) be added in registration page?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

here some screenshot requested regarding the last order of today. There are not taxes applied.

There is also screenshot of my taxes options. I admit it is not very clear how I should show to customers my price included taxes, ad get in order the amount of taxes applied. If also I choose to show tax in the cart, there is a warning which tells me that is not recommended.

Sorry for the question, maybe it is not much related to your plugin but to woocommerce general setting…. Thank you for explanation! ??

Hello Alex, I have already that column but all rows are set to zero. I fear I made a mistake since the beginning, because I did not set tax calculations . I changed it some days ago adding to the system 22% taxes, but new orders made after, are still exported without tax amount values. Is there anything I need to reset? Thank you for help!

    Hi Saif,

I cannot get all default billing fields in checkout with stupid gutenberg checkout widget!

The field Company is missing. I also added some extra field I need to add for tax reasons (italian VAT and italian personal tax code). I used Checkout Filed Editor for Woocommerce (successfully used in other woocommerce websites), and here fields don’t show up.

If I solve one issue, some others got ruined!! it’s a nightmare!

So: shortcode i cannot use it. Elementor I cannot use it. With Gutenberg checkout widget fields are missing.

What the hell should I do now!!!

    Please help!!

    Hello Saif,

replacing the shortocode [woocommerce_checkout] with the Gutemberg checkout widget solved the problem! But why? I never thought that this could be the problem, also because I don’l like Gutenberg, I normally use classic editor and Elementor. So there is a problem with the manual shortcode [woocommerce_checkout], both in Classic editor and in Gutenberg editor. And also using the Elementor checkout widget. Consider that I’m using happily elementor widgets for woocommerce pages, in other woocommerce sites, and in this website too in all other woo pages, except checkout (which I found out now). Would be really worthy understand firstly why the simple shortcode does not work.

    Can you help on this?

    Thank you!
