In reply to: Error 402 when logging in from specific PC?Hi,
I wanted to update this to where I am at presently.
It’s been painful. I have managed to log into my website using a TOR browser – but not everytime. Sometimes it comes up with a “cookies” error.“Error: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”
Some circuits come up with an immunify360 error.
When I try a new circuit – no error, and I can log in.
When trying it on any other browser, it won’t work – it simply does not log in and stays at the login screen. My host appears at a loss. They claim they have disabled all security policies on their end for my account.
One thing we have learned is that my IP address is on a blacklist.

In reply to: Error 402 when logging in from specific PC?Thanks James,
I really do appreciate the thoughtful reply.
I get the same error, consistent across all browsers (chrome, firefox, edge)
The error message has changed.
It’s now:403
ForbiddenAccess to this resource on the server is denied!
Once again, using the same login and password on a laptop produces a normal login.

In reply to: Error 402 when logging in from specific PC?Thanks James, if it were a plugin error, why would all other PC’s be able to log in? This problem is just a local machine issue.
Really appreciate this feedback, I am passing this through to the Host and will keep this thread updated.
Once I get more specific information, I will update.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Subcategory thumbnails not showing in some categories – why?Resolved
You need to have “both” selected in “Display Type” under edit category.
Not a mega-menu issue. For me, this was an issue with the plugin itself, there was a missing parameter in PHP’s http_build_query function that caused the plugin to not be able to properly send the request to the AusPost through its API.
Adding the true parameter fixed this.
