Well, the problem is solved. Either as I wrote before or thus:<html xmlns=”https://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml” lang=”he”>, it works. I just was not able to see the difference for I have both Firefox and IE in Hebrew versions, so both of them interpreted well the Hebrew texts even without defining lang. Luckily, Firefox did not with a blog at blogspot in which the language was not defined, so I was able to check it there.
