  • @patelketan @floridante This too is the case for us. Anything from version 2 upwards breaks our website. We are not using any other additional plugin but Pop-anything from this author. In another thread it is mentioned that there needs to be a database update if updating the plugin from an older version (this is the case for us). Please provide more feedback on what to do here as we would like to update the core plugin and even look to purchase the premium version thereafter if successful.

Gooday, since version 2, your plugin breaks completely on our website with the close button hanging around the top right hand side of the screen and all modals lying beneath the website template with a horizontal scroll bar because of it. We are using WPBakery, WPML and have to roll back to version 1.9.21 for it to work on our production site.

You mentioned in this thread, having to update the database if updating from an older version. Please can you provide more details for this as we need to update and get this to work on our production website with the latest WordPress and other plugin updates. Please urgently advise. We only use Pop-up anything – we would like the premium functionality for this specifically (none of the other additional plugins) but can’t get the default plugin to work in WordPress as mentioned from version 2 upwards.

Hi Cliff, thanks for the prompt response.

We’re not currently able to view page tracking at the moment and we’re trying to fathom out why. The commenting out immediately made us think it’s not working correctly or that perhaps the iframe pardot tracking is interfering somehow.

I’ve been asking that exact question with our developer. As far as i understand it, our contact form on our site is inside an iframe and not directly on the page so the developers were asked to insert tracking inside that section to possibly track the submission.

I read up on Pardot that the thank you page of a form is tracked anyways so i’m not sure if the tracking code inside the iframe is of any use in the first place.
