The site owner does not have to adjust the site by means of a snippet because this is not the responsibility of the site owner purely because Woocommerce has a partnership with Jetpack. The correct solution is a switch button in the settings of Woocommerce to disable this or inform the user about this form of aggressive advertisement before installation.

This falls under unwanted advertising, simply a violation of the regulations “Article 5 of the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD)”.

My review still applies. Correct this for the next update.

What does “Use alternative mechanism for cookies” do?

The message is

Email you entered is already registered or invalid

So it’s not syncing a Reddit login with an existing account.

*** also, isn’t there a way to connect all your social networks with your buddypress account so when they decide to sign in with another social network the sign-in goes smoothly.

Another issue I stumbled upon. Your documentation says: “If email address of the user’s Social Account matches with an already existing account at your website, that social account will be linked to existing account. User would be able to manage this from Social Account Linking interface at their profile page.”

That’s not the case with Reddit login. I get a message this email is in use (isn’t that the whole point of this function?)

I checked Plugin settings for error in configuration but that’s not the case.

@sergecleantalk it seems that resolved that issue but there’s an update available “5.169.1”. Do I have to skip this update because the 5.169-dev will be overwritten?

The problem returned after the update. Either fix this or refund me. Because this is very damaging on a live site

My little advice, your service is great and I appreciate it but it’s better that one person deals with one ticket. 3 people helped me out and I get different messages as explained in the first paragraph.

@amagsumov, I want to inform you I successfully followed your guide.

I was advised to use Cleantalk antispam. This plugin is creating a huge list with “apbct_visible_fields” cookies which cause the 400 bad gateway. Also prevent people to login.

Can you make a blog post @wbcomdesigns with the preferable settings
cloudflare, wp-supercache, and Cleantalk because right now I am struggling to run my site smoothly.

Meanwhile I have asked Cleantalk for advice.
