Hey @timeassistant,
Thank you for using Blocks Animation and for your kind words about it!
Currently, there is no built-in option to reverse the animation when scrolling back into view, but you can submit a feature request directly on GitHub for the development team to consider. Just go to this link and fill out the details you’ve thought of; any updates regarding this feature will be posted directly on the issue you open.
Best regards,
Mara
Hey @whitevanweddingco,
Thank you for the update!
I also tested on Safari on Mac and the button still showed on my end. Could you try clearing your cache and using the Troubleshooting guide mentioned in my previous message? These steps can help us identify whether it’s a caching issue or if another plugin might be interfering.
Additionally can you please try and switch temporarily to another theme to also rule out a theme conflict with Otter?
Please let us know how it goes!
Kind regards,
Mara
Hi @knorde,
Thank you for explaining the steps you’ve made.
I tested the process you mentioned, but in my case, the images were re-imported successfully after following the steps.
It seems like the issue you’re experiencing may be specific to your environment.
Can you please share a screenshot that shows how you’ve configured the feed? Also here are some things you can try to help us identify the root cause of the issue:
- Clear Cache: if you are using a caching plugin, try clearing it to make sure you’re seeing the most recent data. Also you can try and follow the steps described in this article.
- Install the Query Monitor plugin: Check if there are any errors displayed during the image import process.
Please let us know how it goes so we can identify the issue!
Kind regards,
Mara

To clarify, the black link button should still be available (you can check it out here: https://imgur.com/a/BfaWRXn). This button allows you to insert standard links with anchor text just like before. If you want to link the text “Essex” to another page on your site, select the text, click the black link button, and enter the desired URL.
The red “Dynamic Link” button is a feature that lets you create dynamic links. You can read more about it here.
If you’re having trouble seeing the black link button, please ensure that both the plugin and WordPress are up to date. You might also find these resources helpful for clearing your cache and identifying any possible plugin conflicts: How to clear the Cache in WordPress and Troubleshooting guide.
Please let us know if we can help you with anything else!

Hey @nikuniku9,
Thank you for using Visualizer and for reaching out to us!
You can edit the label color by click Edit Chart > Settings > Manual Configuration and add this code:
{
"slices": {
"0": {
"textStyle": {
"color": "black"
}
}
}
}You can change the color to suit your needs, as black is just an example.
Hope this information helps you!
Kind regards,
Mara
Hey @shaunhaage,
Thank you for using PPOM and for reaching out to us!
The behavior you need can indeed be achieved. You can configure 3 required select fields, with each one having a single option for the quantity. This way, when a customer selects a grounding option, only the corresponding quantity can be chosen.
To calculate the price based on the quantity, you can simply add an addon price for each of the quantity options.
I’ve created a video to make things easier and show you how to configure these fields for the quantity: https://imgur.com/a/k3j18h1. Additionally, you can add a price addon for each to achieve the desired behavior.
In the end, your customers will see something like this: when they select the grounding type, they will only have one quantity option to choose from: https://imgur.com/a/EPDpJa8 https://imgur.com/a/09Wm7Mh.
Please let us know if this helped you – we’re here to help!

Hi Lori,
Thank you for your patience. Since this problem appears under specific conditions and is not a general issue, it takes a bit more time to identify the root cause.
It might be related to the theme you’re using, as themes can sometimes add custom scripts or styles that interfere with field saving. I’ve tested on my end but with Neve, and everything worked fine.
Could you try switching the theme temporarily and see if the issue persists? If it works with a different theme, we can narrow down the issue to a theme conflict.
Also, please try to clear your cache to rule out a caching problem, too. You may find this doc useful in this case.
Please let us know how it goes!

MaraHi @knorde,
Thank you for using Feedzy and for reaching out!
I checked your website, but the posts seem to have the images, this is how it appears on my end https://imgur.com/a/baARNVw. Is the problem solved now?
If not can you please share screenshots about the problem you are encountering?
Best regards,
Mara
Hi @ollibausd,
Thank you for using Feedzy and for reaching out to us!
After reviewing the feed URL you provided, it appears that the feed is currently valid, but there are no posts tagged with “partner” available at this time. This is why you’re seeing the “Feed has no items.” message when using the tag filter.
The feed works correctly without the tag filter because it retrieves all available items.
You can try contacting the owner to see if they can help.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with!Best regards,
Mara
Hey @konuser55,
Thank you for your interest in Revive Social!
Due to API restrictions and how social media platforms handle mentions, Revive Social cannot automatically convert “@mentions” into links or send notifications to tagged accounts.
Even if you use the “@” symbol in your posts, it will appear as plain text and won’t generate a clickable link or notify the specific account.
For tagging and mentioning in posts, it’s best to manually add the mentions directly on the social media platforms after the posts are published.
Hope this information helps you!
Kind regards,
Mara
Thank you for using Otter Blocks and for reaching out to us!
The behaviour of the columns in the section block was forwarded to the development team to review it. Once they are done, they will decide how to proceed next. In the meantime, you can follow the progress here.
Can you please share screenshots or any other details that will help us determine your exact problem with the colors? I have tested on a clean instance, but the colors appear fine on my end.
Any other detail you can share can help us better assist you!
Best regards,
Mara

In reply to: [Hestia] Default colors when using child themeThank you for your update!
I tested the issue on my end, and the customized header background color worked as expected. This might be a caching issue, which could explain why the changes aren’t appearing for you.
We have an article to help you clear the cache: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1526-how-to-clear-the-cache-in-wordpress. Please also make sure to have the latest version of the theme.
Let me know if this resolves the problem or if there’s anything else I can assist you with!
Best regards,
