Is this stopping your wordpress application from running /installing?

In reply to: wp-admin/install.php on local installation does not runTo be more specific, IIS and Apache might be conflicting, i find i have to stop IIS in windows 7 to get apache to start properly. I dont think xp came with IIS though..

Are you saying that you were able to access the admin screen but now you cannot? Is the site still running?
