I havnt used DW in light years ?? to find page post id’s, change the permalinks in wordpress to default, then go through the pages/posts to find their ID (urls) in the browser addreess bar, if you hard link to those ID (urls) it shouldnt matter what permalink structure you use afterwards as wordpress will redirect to your prefered permalink. the only issue is that if you are developing locally you have to change the urls from from your local site to your live site ?? hope it helps

try putting normal text in the widget to see if it shows up as a test, if it does then the text widget is not accepting your script code, get a plugin to display it instead, hope it helps

mate, go to dashboard/appearance/themes to upload/add a new theme, otherwise you can ftp the purchased theme to the themes folder located at /wp-content/themes

Are you doing this to your live site? I would make sure my theme and plugins are compatible with 3.1.2 first, then if possible do the updates locally first.

yes iis and apache cant use the same port, turn off iis temporarily. apache wont usually even start if iis is running.
