Have you tried with the @import statement? It wont matter if you have it there as all your custom child theme styles will overwrite the original styles

Ctrl F5 in your broswer should clear the cache

It could be a plugin or theme, try renaming the folders (themes first then plugins) to see if you can get it at least loading with default settings.

subs work fine, in ie and firefox, do you have a local copy of the site running aswell?

its loading fine for me

Do you have the template line in your css header as shown in the wordpress codex under the required style.css file ?

same here, latest version stopped indexing, no posts etc. trying to figure out why now

you would have needed to wait at least 48 hours for the domain to redirect to your wp.com site which is the usual time it normally takes for domains. that could have been one of the reasons
