A suggestion though. It would be great if the Error Notifying visitor could also tell the admin what the error is!
Sometimes errors are unintentional, but sometimes you don’t know any better ??

Facing the same problem.
After installation and activation, the error notification text shows up, but after selecting text and neither ‘Shift+E’ or ‘click here’ does anything. It doesn’t even go to the top like it goes for @james!

Plugins: Twitter, Yourls, Facebook, WordPress SEO, and a few other.

It does solve.
I guess I need to test properly ??

It is correct. You don’t have to set Callback URL to anything.
Leave it empty.
