Found a solution. Search can be disabled in Divi itself.

I solved the issue on my page by adding the style below:

/* COLUMN SHORTCODES */
.one_third.last_column {margin-right: 0;}

I have the same issue here. I haven’t resolved it yet.
Yes, first two columns with one_third and last with one_third_last.
