Hi, The solution you provided seems to me fabulous, the problem is that we do not want a dropdown. What we want is that it takes the year automatically, and we had thought of doing it or by hidden field in the form (which is a bit sloppy) or that it takes it from the date of submission of the form.

Would it be possible to do it in any of the two ways?

I don’t understand what you mean by date field as Dropdowns, if you have the date format, preset to put in variables like: {date_mdy} or {date_dmy}, if you put what you say to print it in the email: {date-1-year} to show only year yyyy, it doesn’t work, in fact it doesn’t even show it in the email.

You’re right, I also think it’s a bug, in fact the search box

If you just put placeholder(without label), the text of the search box, shows the text of the last select you have modified. I think it is related.
